Pressed Pristine - Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Pressed Pristine ("we," "us," "our") to the customer ("you," "your"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided We offer laundry, Ironing, and related services, including pickup and delivery, as specified at the time of booking.
3. Collection and Delivery
- 3.1 Schedule: Collection and delivery are offered on a Monday – Thursday (location specific) basis. The specific time of pickup and delivery will be communicated to you upon booking.
- 3.2 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Frequent cancellations may result in removal from our regular collection schedule.
- 3.3 Changes: We reserve the right to change collection and delivery schedules. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
4. Item Handling and Care
- 4.1 Inspection: We will inspect all items upon receipt and inform you of any damage or issues that may affect service quality.
- 4.2 Cleaning Process: We will use industry-standard methods to clean your garments. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the cleaning process if care labels or special instructions are not provided.
- 4.3 Lost or Damaged Items: While we take utmost care with your items, we are not liable for any damage or loss beyond the market value of the item, up to a maximum of $50 per item.
5. Payment Terms
- 5.1 Pricing: Service prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated before services are rendered.
- 5.2 Payment: Payments must be made upon delivery of the items. We currently accept cash, bank transfer and online payments.
- 5.3 Late Payments: Payments not received within 7days will incur a late fee of $10 per 7 days over due.
6. Client Responsibilities
- 6.1 Item Preparation: Please ensure all items are ready for collection, free of foreign objects (e.g., pens, jewellery), as we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by such objects.
- 6.2 Notification: You must notify us of any special requirements or concerns regarding your items before collection.
7. Liability
- 7.1 Limited Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- 7.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or equipment failure.
8. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to services rendered after the change date.
